Hatha Yoga*

*LIVESTREAMED

In this 60 minute *LIVE-STREAMED* practice, Carol Anne will guide you through an alignment based yoga practice that meets you where you are. With options and modifications in each pose, you will be able to move through a practice that challenges flexibility, strength, stability and balance yet also leaves you feeling grounded and relaxed. Blocks and blankets are recommended but not required.

 

Mat Pilates*

*LIVESTREAMED

This mat Pilates class will focus on breath, proper alignment, and movement of the spineno props needed! Regardless of your age or physical limitations, we strive to make the movement accessible to everyone through modifications, progressions, and regressions offered to the group. As Joseph Pilates said, change happens through movement and movement heals. See you on the mat!

 

Meditation with Reiki*

*LIVESTREAMED
 
In this meditation, Carol Anne will guide you into a meditation, after which she will send Reiki while you are continuing to relax. Reiki energy does not know the boundaries of time and space and will meet you wherever you need it most, in whatever way is of your highest good.
 
Because this is a live interactive class, you will have the opportunity to ask questions afterward or to interact with Carol Anne privately via email. If you would prefer a private one-on-one experience, distance Reiki sessions are always available.  In person sessions are not available at this time.

Guided Meditation*

In this 30 minute *LIVE- STREAMED* session, Carol Anne will begin with a short reflection and gently guide you into a state of relaxation. She will mind the time and hold the space for a 20 minute meditation. 

 

Meditation Series*

*LIVESTREAMED

Join us for a 4 week meditation series *LIVESTREAMED* with Carol Anne Patterson where you will learn the fundamentals of mindfulness, breathing techniques, tools to manage anxiety and different meditation techniques.

Upon completion of this series our goal is for you to be able to find deep relaxation, clarity, to have enhanced concentration and focus, and develop resiliency.

The classes will be held 3/23, 3/30, 4/6 and 4/13 Each class will be one hour from 7:00pm- 8:00pm. The cost for the 4 part series is $100.

Once you sign up on MINDBODY, we will send you a link to join us on Zoom at the scheduled meeting time. You will receive this link shortly before class begins. We look forward to seeing you!

 

How do you join a livestream?

Make sure you head to MindBody to sign up for the class, this is how we’ll know that you’re in! Once you sign up we will email you a link to the class. You will receive this at the very latest 15 minutes before the class. Please sign up at least 30 minutes prior to class so we have time to send you the link to live stream via Zoom. I would encourage everyone to check out www.zoom.us if you haven’t used this service before. You will need to download the FREE app to use it. Can’t wait to see you!
